What is Kollshi?
Kollshi is a free AI search for Qatar: one chat searches classified ads from other Qatar websites, new products from stores and local businesses. Every card opens the original listing or the store’s own page, where you contact the seller or buy. Kollshi sells nothing and takes no payments.
How do prices and links work?
Prices and details come from the original listing or the store, as Kollshi last saw them, so they can change: the original page always has the latest. Each card links straight to that page, where you deal with the seller or the store. Never pay anything in advance.
How do I post an ad?
Posting on Kollshi is free: open “Post an ad”, sign in, choose the category, then add the details and up to 8 photos and publish. Buyers reach you with the WhatsApp or Call button on your ad; your number shows only when they tap it.
How do I edit, renew or delete my ad?
Open “My ads” to edit an ad, mark it sold, renew it or delete it. Ads stay online for 30 days, and you can renew one in its last 7 days or after it expires.
Why is my ad in review?
Ads for domestic workers, nannies and babysitting, car rentals and services, and ads the automatic check is unsure about, are checked by Kollshi’s team before they appear. You can follow your ad’s status in “My ads”; it goes online as soon as it is approved.
Why was my ad rejected?
Kollshi doesn’t publish alcohol, pork, drugs or medicines, weapons or fireworks, adult content, fake or replica brands, wild or protected animals, visas, sponsorships or worker transfers, jobs, gambling or e-cigarettes. Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and links are removed from ad texts. An ad that breaks these rules is not published.
How do I claim my business?
Open the business sheet of one of your listings, tap “Claim this business”, sign in and upload your Qatar Commercial Registration or Trade Licence. It is usually checked within minutes, sometimes by Kollshi’s team; once approved, your listings get the “Verified business” tick. Your documents are deleted 30 days after the decision.
How do I delete my account?
Open the account menu and choose “Delete account”: your account and everything in it (saved cards, alerts, chat history and your ads) are deleted at once. You can also ask Kollshi by e-mail.
How do I sign in?
An account is optional. You can sign in with Google, Apple or a WhatsApp code. If the WhatsApp code doesn’t arrive, first send Kollshi the ready-made WhatsApp message from the sign-in window, then ask for the code again.
How do I add my website or business?
Open “Add my business” and give your website and your permission: Kollshi reads its public pages, follows robots.txt and shows your products, services or listings with links to your own site. Confirming that the site is yours is optional, and joining is free today.
What does Kollshi cost a business?
Joining Kollshi is free today. Founding offer: the first 1,000 businesses that join get a free membership for one full year from the day they join, and businesses 1,001 to 2,000 get 50% off the membership. The membership price isn’t set yet and will be shared well before any free year ends; nothing is ever charged automatically, no payment details are needed now, and you can leave at any time.
How do I report a listing?
For an ad posted on Kollshi, use the Report button on the ad. For a listing from another website, send Kollshi its link and the reason as “Report a listing” explains; requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
How do I get a listing or my data removed?
Send a removal request as “Report a listing” explains, with the link and the reason. Removal requests are reviewed within 48 hours and requests about your personal data are answered within 30 days. You can also delete or edit the listing on the original site: once it is gone there, it disappears from Kollshi too.
Can Kollshi tell me about new listings?
Yes: tap the bell (“Notify me”) under a search’s results. Kollshi then tells you about new matching listings with a browser notification, or with a daily e-mail that you confirm first.
