What Kolshi is
Kolshi is a search index for classifieds in Qatar. It shows a short summary of listings published on other websites, displays their photos directly from those websites, and links to the original listing.
Listings belong to their sources
Listings are created by sellers on other websites. Kolshi doesn’t check items, sellers or prices and isn’t responsible for the accuracy of listings. Always check the details on the original site.
No sales through Kolshi
Kolshi doesn’t sell anything, take payments or act as an agent or broker. Any agreement is made directly between you and the seller, under the rules of the site where the listing was published.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Kolshi for unlawful purposes, don’t try to disrupt the service, and don’t copy the database or scrape the website.
Names and trademarks
The Kolshi name, design and software belong to Kolshi. Names, trademarks and photos of other websites belong to their owners. Kolshi uses names only to identify where a listing comes from, and displays photos from the source site with the source named on them.
Liability
Kolshi is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Kolshi is not liable for losses arising from listings, from transactions with sellers or from temporary unavailability of the service.
Removal requests
If you believe a listing on Kolshi should be removed, use the report page. We review removal requests within 48 hours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. If the Arabic and another language version differ, the Arabic version prevails.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
